Interview
There was a mass hiring event at a hotel near the soon to be Costco. A job application was filled out electronically on site after which they took a resume and conducted a one on one interview. They then did a cheek swab drug test and gave a multiple choice health and safety quiz. I was contacted with a job offer within a week.

When you apply for the job, you apply via an AI chatbot online. Then you'll receive e-mails from said chatbot about setting up an interview. The interviews are virtual. I can't remember the name of the lady who interviewed me, but she was a CDS manager from a different location. Super kind. Asked me basic questions, like what relevant experience I had, why I think I'd be a good fit. Just super basic questions. Nothing you really have to worry about preparing for beforehand. Got the job. Super easy.
