I was contacted by a recruiter through this organization [they're a recruiting firm] to apply to a role with a different company. The recruiter was reluctant to put anything in writing, cagey about what kind of salary and benefits would be offered, and not punctual, calling earlier or later than he said he would on more than one occasion. He never provided a written job listing/description for the role, and it seemed like he doesn't keep up with local hiring laws regarding things like pay transparency, orgs not being able to ask about salary history, etc. After the first interview with the other company, the recruiter here completely ghosted me. I wouldn't recommend working with them at all.
