They outsource their interviewing process to a company called Source Recruiting. Had a quick phone screening, then a general 1:1 in-person interview with Brooke, then a take-home assignment, and finally an on-site CAD assessment and presentation. Had a relatively pleasant time throughout only to have Brooke neglect to follow up like he said he would, or even reply to my one email post final interview. Shared this experience with my colleagues also working in interior design in Orange County and learned that he apparently has a reputation for disappearing on you!
