CD Group interview questions

3 rounds: Initial interview is with HR for15mins where they set the scene and expectations. Second interview is with the deal team - 45m to 60m and is largely a fit interview. The final interview is with the Team Lead and lasts c.60m. This is both a fit and competency interview.
