first round is the writing test, with 10,000 candidates. second round is the group interview, you face with 5-6 interviewers and they asked you a couple of questions, most are situation analysis and were not easy to answer.

Fix hiring period is in november till December, and the exam usually in January. Takes long time to receive the results. The interview panel consist 6 people. Each one will ask different questions.
