Our cooperative member stores offer a One-Way Interviewing service as part of the candidate engagement process. This service helps our member stores efficiently manage the hundreds of applicants that are received each month and speeds up the hiring process for both members and candidates.
For applicants, like yourself, participation is optional. When an applicant is requested for a recording, applicants may decline and instead proceed directly to a traditional one-on-one phone interview. No one is required to complete a one-way interview.
The AI portion of the platform, Jobma, is integrated to monitor only the completeness of responses and whether multiple screens are open, among other basic checks. Jobma provides full transparency regarding its safety protocols at the start of every engagement.
