When an applicant is requested for a recording, applicants may decline and instead proceed directly to a traditional one-on-one phone interview. No one is required to complete a one-way interview. The AI portion of the platform, Jobma, is integrated to monitor only the completeness of responses and whether multiple screens are open, among other basic checks.
