Proceso con mucha prisa y al final, para quedar sin noticias de la empresa a pesar de haber enviado varios correos. Me han contactado varias veces para diferentes ofertas, y siempre paso lo mismo. Eso me hace pensar que no son muy respetuosos de las personas, y que no es una buena empresa donde trabajar. Los beneficios que dan son los mínimos básicos. En una empresa tan importante, no entiendo que no tengas seguros de salud para los empleados, y que no se pueda ni negociar.

I held my facility management position for over five years, consistently delivering strong results and building trusted relationships with the client, suppliers, and my team. When my company’s contract transitioned to CBRE, I expected a fair evaluation based on my experience and qualifications. Unfortunately, the process felt anything but fair. During the interview, CBRE did not have my résumé, asked questions unrelated to my role, and provided no meaningful explanation of their criteria. The decision seemed predetermined before the discussion even took place. Despite years of proven performance, long hours, 24/7 availability, and positive client relationships, I was later informed that they had chosen another candidate. I have since learned that several other female facility managers from nearby sites—also highly experienced—were similarly told they were “not qualified” to continue in positions they had successfully held for years. While I am proud to work for an organization that values and empowers women, this transition process with CBRE raised real concerns about transparency, consistency, and how experienced employees—particularly women—were evaluated. I hope CBRE takes steps to improve fairness, communication, and respect during contract transitions. Employees deserve an honest and equitable assessment during times of change.
