Interview
The interview process was good. You start with the HR interview (online), then the department's head (online). Might take a while to hear back from them, especially if you have a lot of competition. But if they like you, you'll be directed to the country manager (f2f, for me). Be yourself and be honest.
The conversation was smooth and comfortable. The interviewer clearly explained the role and benefits, asked straightforward questions, and created a welcoming environment that made the interaction easy and professional throughout the interview process.

Interview
A few phone interviews for initial screening. Then in-person interview with the hiring manager and meeting the team. Overall really easy considering this role is an entry level role and great team/work environment at first glance.
