I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CBRE
Interview
Started with a brief phone interview from a recruiter who asked very basic questions. The next interview was in person and it was pretty easy. Basic questions that dug down into my experience but nothing out of the blue or tricky. I turned down the offer for a third interview simply because the job didn't fit my needs but it seemed like a bunch of nice people from what I could tell.

There really wasn't anything difficult or unexpected honestly. They just wanted to know more about my experience.
The interview process was a few rounds. I believe that CBRE has established an effective and efficient interview process that contributes to a positive candidate experience and facilitates the selection of qualified candidates.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE (San Jose, CA) in Dec 2022
Interview
Hiring manager reached out directly, no recruiter. After a thorough discussion, was invited to panel interview. Met with 5 people for over an hour. Never heard another word, not even after phone and email follow up. Unprofessional, in my opininon.

Multi level interview with HR manager first and then subsequently with two separate project managers. I was provided enough information about the requirements of the position and provided with clear and straighforward questions regarding my approach as an HR professional. Very welcoming, professional and engaging people. Interviews took place in multiple locations
