I applied to CBIZ and received an initial screening interview with a recruiter approximately one week after submitting my application. The recruiter was professional and the process moved quickly at the beginning. However, I did not advance beyond the initial screening stage. I was somewhat surprised, as I had a referral and anticipated at least an opportunity to interview with members of the team or the hiring manager. The process concluded after the recruiter interview, and I did not move forward to the next step. Overall, the initial communication was timely, but the process ended earlier than expected.
