had a HR interview then a formal interview with a clinical lead. The first was done over the phone and took about 45mints. The second was done over zoom which took around 45min-1hr ish. Both people were very nice and caring as-well-as accommodating for my schedule.

I completed the interview over Microsoft teams with a regional manager and a service coordinator. They were both friendly and kind. I felt somewhat under-prepared. I suggest you do some reflection on your goals and skills beforehand.
