I was contacted by a recruiter about the opportunity. There were several calls with the recruiter prior to setting up a virtual interview and in-person interview. I was required to take a personality assessment test.

Standard leadership interview questions on the virtual interview. Team interview was in person. Team leaders asked questions developed from reviewing my resume.
