Interviewer was nice and explained everything throughly. Questions were based on previous experience geared toward customer service. Some questions are redundant and confusing but overall an average process to go through.

The hiring process could use some work. It took several months and the background company was awful. It took a month to get an interview another month to hear anything back and I started over a month later. The background company doesn’t even try to get your information requested. You fill out the required information and be ready to do their job.

The interview was very thorough and truly makes you think. “How have you gone above to help a caller?” Name your strengths and weaknesses.

Interview
Very laid back but also professional interview. Supervisor was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Asked standard interview questions, previous experience, etc. Be on time, dress professionally, and relax! It’s not as tough as some other interviews I have gone through in the past.
