I had two virtual interviews and I thought they went really well. Both were limited to 30 minutes and felt a little rushed, but I still felt the interviews were informative and gave me a good sense of Carvana and that I'd enjoy being a part of the team.

Email asking me to schedule an interview, confirmation from one person, interview with another. The woman then called at the scheduled time of the interview to reschedule it (for the next day). I understand that people are busy and that urgent circumstances come up, but that seemed unprofessional. Never heard back after my phone interview ,which, in my experience, is also unusual, even for a rejection. The interview itself was frustrating because she was interviewing me for a very specific area (real estate) about which she didn't seem very knowledgeable and asked me questions that didn't really make sense.
