standard phone interviews which would lead to an onsite.....
a few points ill make
HR was amazing and one of the best overall experiences in terms of engaging with an HR division, top to bottom and i have dealt with many global orgs.
had a phone interview with head of marketing. he was in the midst of transitioning/traveling/driving but was clearly distracted. he asked me the same question twice - once at the beginning and again towards the end. on top of the feedback had nothing to do with anything we ever talked about nor was it anything ive remotely gotten back the few times ive gotten feedback from HR. the feedback said i was a bit more stronger in an area of marketing but i completely disagree and not really sure where he got that notion from since we didn't even talk about it. wasn't from our conversation since we didn't really talk about that area of marketing and wasn't from my resume. i almost thought he had gotten me confused with someone else? possibly an off day but who knows.
i wasn't turned off by the obvious signs of being distracted the whole time but rather the lack of listening and focus when it comes to a companies most important asset - their people
anyways i have to stress again HR was amazing
