Initially there was a phone interview that took place with a recruiter that lasted roughly 10-20 minutes- went over some qualifications and they had some specific questions to ask. The recruiter was very nice and personable with plenty of information to answer my questions with.

First you get a phone interview. I'm sure this is to see if you are personable and friendly over the phone. Then I met with 3 different friendly people. It felt like a "getting to know you" interview, rather than an intimidating-grilling you with questions interview.
