Interview
It was more about how you would fit in to the position they were hiring for, no questions of past employment or if you were qualified or a safe driver.
It was a good experience, I wasn't too intimidated, and the manager worked with me to get me on the team. Carquest was a good place to be. I would recommend to anybody else looking for work.

Interview
Very simply, no prejudice and Mike who interviewed me was very forward. When we went into his office he was very kind and upfront. Didn't beat around the bush or assert his power like other managers.
