Great place to introduce yourself and get insight in the industry as well to help you learn more from the experts yeah that’s what I’m talking about right now I think the best thing to learn
The Recruitment Manager reached out to me directly. She was very thorough and although I was not actively looking, she excited me about the opportunity. Sales process, what I sell, consultative va transactional.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CARET in Feb 2024
Interview
After 6 interviews and 2 timed exams, I was told they are proceeding with another candidate. The recruiter was by far the worst I have ever dealt with. After every round of interviews she would ghost me for 1-3 weeks, not letting me know if I'm moving onto the next round. I brought this up to the direct hiring manager and she said she was surprised I was used to such expediency in the interview process... that should have been a huge red flag right there.
My first interview with them was in early Feb and I just found out in May that I'm not making the cut. I think it's safe to say I probably dodged a bullet here.

Question 1
I was given 2 timed exams. The first one was setting up a rolling forecast/budget and it was poorly designed in my opinion. The second exam was just an Excel skills test checking to see if you know the basics: vlookups, sumifs, pivot table, countifs, etc.
