First step: ~30 min pre-screen with HR rep.
Second step: 60 min panel interview with HR rep and hiring manager.
Additional steps: Assessment and second panel interview.
Communication was clear and considerate throughout the process. For the first panel interview, several of the questions were provided approximately 24 hours in advance. They provided updates about the process when they said they would. Positive experience as a candidate.

An interview with HR first then with the Financial team, there was a French component since the role was bilingual. The Financial team seemed a little vacant, usually a sign of overwork so I was surprised when they wanted to move ahead with a reference check.

What would you do if a department wasn't providing financial info that was consistent with that of others?
Whole process took around a month to complete. Later I tracked down the hiring result and realized that they had a pre selected candidate who was hired for the position. It's not a fair and diverse organization if only women are hired through internal recommendation.
