30 minute recruiter phone screening, 30 min hiring manager phone interview, 3 hour in person panel interview with four team members. In person interview included 2 teleconference calls in their conference room. Recruiter told me they would tell me within the week if they were going to move forward with an offer or not. I got ghosted by the recruiter and received a generic rejection email almost 6 weeks later.
