Good, a little intimidating but they conduct a standardised HR interview template, so they're non-expressive and follow a point-based system for responses.
Make sure you score high on their question responses, and demonstrate a high/"Power-level" user for their tools they'll screen your proficiency with.

One interview, general questions. Asked about past experience, general behavioural questions. Light technical according to the job description. Very quick process - heard back about 5 days after the interview with reference request

Interview
Interviewed for the position a month ago and was given an assignment with a 48 hour deadline to complete. At the end of the interview was told the decision may not happen for a few more weeks as the manager was going to be away, which didn't really feel fair given the 48 hour deadline for the unpaid assignment. A month later reached out to HR and heard nothing back. Extremely disappointing especially given that I am a former employee who was previously in this role. Disheartening experience.
