Interview
I was referred by one of my friends and the interview was pretty good. Professor was impressed by my communication skills. She asked me few basic questions about myself. And she passed my information to hiring manager and they hired me after like 3-4 weeks.
I applied online. A few weeks later I was then emailed with a more detailed job info, requirements, and was asked about my availability. Didn't seem like they did any formal interviews.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CAL State LA (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
Announcement was done in introduction ceremony. Then applied to staff support center along with 3 copies of recommendation. Called for an interview by respective professors. After completing interview. They submitted their review to panel and sent an appointment letter
