HR made the application process drag significantly longer. The whole process took months! I feel like it should be more like weeks! The interview itself was fine and wasn't too challenging.

Interview
Interviewer was very laid back but still formal. He asked how I would apply my academic background to the position. He mostly talked about the position and its challenges: supervising staff and temporary office.
