Applied online, got a call from the HR for a technical interview with the manager and architect, then got a call for face to face interview. Was interviewed with a team of 5 people, most regarding what I did and what I plan to do.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CAL (Kansas City, KS) in Mar 2015
Interview
I had initial phone in round with HR with set of questions. Then had a technical phone in round, questions were related with Java, OOP concepts, SQL and finally had on campus interview. On campus was with different managers which lasted around 2 hours.

Interview
First my resume was reviewed and then got a call from one of their Sr. Java Developer . Questions were mostly based on java and few database questions, some questions on data structures. It lasted for an hour.
