Very casual. not very behavioural type questions. More about work related ques. Hiring process is quite simple. Asked to describe my work experience and then they will explain what they do. What kind of funds I have worked on. How do i face conflict?

I Had three rounds of interview with all the discussions. Everything seems positive and later hired someone internal. It was very disappointing as all the conversation went well. HR discussion for salary was also done.

Easy and not very in deep, Apparently they were only "chasing" newcomers for a massive project for a production hub, not very demanding in terms of experience or background, once landing you may discover an unexperienced team under construction and not managed.
