C40 Technical Manager interview questions

I applied by sending a CV and a cover letter, and I was then invited to the first stage interview. After that, I was invited to the second stage interview. I did not hear from C40 (not from the HR person, not from the hiriing manager or anyone else in charge of the process) till I asked them about the outcome. Only then, I got an email telling me I had not been selected, however no feedback or explanation was provided. I asked for feedback, and received no answer. For sure this says A LOT about C40 as an employer.
