C3 Industries interview questions

Interview with HR first. Basic interview questions like whats your leadership style and a couple other questions. Reviewed resume highlights as well. After this was 3 interviews with other Ops Directors. Ops director interviews weren't very structured and were pretty basic questions around previous experience and process improvement examples.

Phone screen where I was told the position pays 16.50 per hour. Mind you, they wanted candidates with a BS in chemistry, biochemistry, or chemical engineering. Instructed to complete a psychological test, after which the company ghosted me.
