Le plus complet reste celui avec le directeur, soit le n+1. Les questions du RH sont généralistes, le DR est très peu intervenu.

I went through 1 phone call and 2 interviews, the first with HR and the Manager, the last one with the Manager and the Head of the department. This last interview was quite hard, the head of the department looked quite uninterested, asking pressing questions here and there in my opinion inappropriate for the position.

For this Assistant position at C&A I had to pass an interview over the phone with HR person, an interview with HR face-to-face followed by some abstract reasoning testing and then another interview with the Manager.
