Interview
I was interviewed by the store manager. She asked me about my previous retail experience. She also asked me about my knowledge of C. Wonder and what drew me to apply to the store. She then asked me basic interview questions along with specific questions based on my resume. My second interview took place with the assistant manager. I was asked more retail specific questions and also more questions about my resume.

Describe a store where you received great customer service and what made the experience so great?
The first round was a group interview which in my personal option was pretty easy. The second round was a one on one interview with one of the assistant store managers.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at C. Wonder
Interview
The process was pretty simple, I was asked why I wanted to work for C. Wonder. I was generally asked questions to make sure I would be a good fit with the rest of the team. The Interviewer did tell me one of the reasons I was getting the job was because I had "the look" they were going for. After about 20 minutes, we had already discussed payment and I had gotten the position.
They forgot I was coming in for the interview and they had to struggle to find someone to interview me. In the end, it was a two minute process with very easy questions. Simple interview.
