I was working through a temp service called Labor Max and was sent to CJ foods to work. They were hiring on dayshift and the crew asked my supervisor who was a female with an all male crew to hire me for the warehouse position, forklift operator and so she did.

Do I know how to operate a forklift and if so have I ever operated one inside a warehouse

Interview
They reached out to me after my online application and scheduled phone interview. The interviewer was really nice, and questions were pretty predictable behavioral questions and about your professional backgrounds.

Interview
I applied on line, received a call to set up a phone interview and then an on site. I was working there with a month of applying. It was a very relaxed on site interview, I'm pretty sure they were already ready to hire me after the phone interview.
