First got a call from corporate offices to determine if you are a right fit. Next was a phone screening interview from at the branch level followed up by two separate face to face interviews with the general manager, exports manager, and sales manager.

Interview
I applied online and the process started with a phone interview with a recruiter. Next an in person interview with a two managers. I was very comfortable throughout the process and never felt like it was difficult. The interview was more of a conversation than an interrogation. Everyone was professional and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. The managers made a great effort to ensure that I understood the responsibilities of the position.
