I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson (Fayetteville, AR) in Oct 2015
Interview
Attended my campus career fair and spoke with a general manger. He took my resume. The HR department contacted me to set up a phone interview. The interview lasted 9 minutes. The HR rep emailed me and said the interviewer may be late calling me and if he didn't call in 15 minutes to email them and let them know. He called on time but the guy seemed like he was uninterested in interviewing me as if it was an inconvenience.

The interview process was fairly standard. It was done at my campus and the recruiter was very nice. It was a series of behavioral based questions, but still flowed like a conversation.
