Interview
First there was a phone interview, which was a screening process. They asked why i was applying and if i had a particular time frame i would like to work, they mentioned they do the regular hours 8-5. Then they asked me if I could take a phone interview the next day.

Positive, very clear about interview process and role expectations. Transparent about culture and pay structure. Felt inviting and warm. Pretty easy interview, they just wanted to know more about me and if my personality would fit in well with the culture and team.
Good interview. Liked how professional the recruiter was. Also liked how professional the process was when go to the in person interview. Happy with the company's interview process and their people.
