Phone interviews - wanted me to come in for in person but it was in Memphis and I’m located in Jackson. Very flexible. Ask your basic questions and then wanted to get to know you
Phone interview, then a tour, then meeting some individuals. Finished off with a sales pitch which is described below. Did not do great so I did not get the job.

The process was really smooth. The recruiter and managers that I interviewed were extremely nice and accommodating. The whole process took around 3 weeks with timely communication. The interview itself felt like a conversation and was heavily based on my past experiences, academics, and role-related skills.
