Interview
Ask about the previous research experience and then have a coding problem. Research experience focused on text generation and reasoning. Coding problem is about tree related algorithm. In detail, interviewer cares more about research part while paid less time on coding implementation part.
There was a code screening at first prior to any of the true interviews. Afterwards, I had a behavioral interview with one of the hiring managers and was asked a number of questions.

The interview was very smooth. The interviewer was very friendly. Overall interview not too hard.
Interview process: HR phone screening, manager 1 interview, manager 2 interview. (All virtual)
Received offer within 1-2 weeks, HR comms was timely as well.

Will test you on your Chinese Mandarin skills, and they have many rounds and ask both behavioural and technical questions. so advice would be to make sure you are familiar with job description yea.
