had 3 rounds of interview 1. With Specialist 2. With Manager 3. With HR - First interview was pretty easy, mainly about my experience as content moderator, very basic questions about working routine - Second round was similar to first, but also some questions like how I see myself in the future in the company, why I want to join the company - Last one, we discussed offer with HR, shifts rotation etc.
