It is a round interview with a product manager for a new team. The interview questions are quite different from normal UX research interviews because I was talking with product manager.

Question 1
How would you ensure your research are able to predict users will use a product?
Series of 1:1s with researchers and the hiring manager. Informal presentation in a 1:1 environment. Similar to other tech hiring companies, questions involved research methods, past projects, why you're interested in the company, etc.
Weird- The absence of a mention regarding language proficiency in the job description is perplexing. It creates uncertainty about whether fluency in their language is necessary for effective communication. This oversight could lead to misunderstandings or mismatches between the employer's expectations and the candidate's qualifications and abilities.
