Phone interview that just asked a series of questions about yourself and what being an ABA meant to you. Also asked if you had reliable transportation, any experience, a list of scenarios.

Phone interview with two hiring personnel on the call. Interviewers were friendly, one was more direct, but still personable. Questions mostly involved situations, experience, and past jobs. Did not have a job offer during the call, but was called back within the week with an offer.
