Interview consisted of 2 phone interviews, the second was with the manager for the position. The final interview was in person and took several hours, meeting with different moving parts of the team and touring the facility. This was intimidating but very insightful into the position and how the plant functions, and allows for the company and yourself to ensure a mutual fit.
