I had to fill out an application for their personal use as well as bring in a copy of my resume. I met with a recruiter and privately discussed my work experience, what I was looking for in a job, and the position that I applied for. The recruiter was very clear to lay out what the position required and what the company was looking for. We discussed the holes in my resume and the recruiter made me feel that I was more qualified than I gave myself credit for. The questions were straight forward and structured to get a better feel of who I was, what I was looking for, and to ensure I was a qualified candidate for the position I applied for. The interview was a bit longer than I expected, which I felt was a good sign that they liked me and believed I was a good fit. They remarked that I would make a valuable candidate for many positions they had available and would keep in contact after going over their notes. BTS got me a job!
