I applied online and after a week or so was contacted by BIG's HR person. I than had 1 phone call interview followed up by 1-2 internal face to face meetings with current BIG people in senior roles. (They asked me the quesitons)

2 phone interview - 1 in person - after I was offered the job it was optional if I wanted to meet the owner/CEO. (I appreciated that opportunity). Their headquarters is very impressive and really sold me on this company.
