The head of human resources called me and scheduled an interview for the next day. Went to the office and was greeted by the receptionist whom was extremely friendly. Head of human resources came to the reception area and lead me through the main work space and to her office. The main area was very busy but organized. The face to face interview with her lasted approximately 15 minutes then was directed to the floor manager for a face to face interview. Left the office and within 2 days the human resources department contacted me to come in for another interview. Went back the next day and had another face to face interview with them and was hired on the spot.
