Burrell Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative interview questions

I was contacted over the phone and set up an appointment. I showed up and the supervisor was very welcoming. The person interviewing me would be my direct supervisor so it was nice to get to know her.

I went to the place of employment and talked with the supervisor as well as fill out an official application. The interview process was very easy and was more of the supervisor getting to know me and more of my background information than a formal interview, which I appreciated.
