It was typical, mine was done with a group of six that lasted appx. 1 1/2 hr. thee interviewer was polite but firm. I was glad to be a part of the process.

It was typical..tell me something about yourself...how would you handle an irate customer?
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
