Applied online, one of the managers called 2 weeks after to schedule an interview, after the interview i was told to wait for the background check and then i could start.

The interview was mostly a one-on-one conversation and overall it was fairly simple. As long as your personality and work style align with the culture and expectations of that specific location, you should do just fine.
