I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Burlington Stores (King of Prussia, PA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Was contacted through email by a recruiter to set up a Skype interview and was asked a lot of basic questions and was told on the spot that I was invited to a super day to learn more about the company and I would go on 4 interviews. My first 2 interviews went great but last to interviews were terrible. One of the interviewers wouldn’t let me get a word in and the last lady I interviewed with seemed so over the all the interviews and was asking me very irrelevant questions that didn’t have to do with anything about me or the job.
Two weeks later I got the phone call that I didn’t get the job. Not sure of the reason but they were very polite on the phone.
Pre-recorded screening for 2 minutes per question then played two games. Questions ranged from 7-10 with two attempts. Straightforward but lacked human connection so difficult to not sound robotic and mundane.

Interview
Online recording interview. Asks questions without giving proper amount of time to think and respond. There's still bias about being selected from other candidates if they do this kind of method.
