Interview
It was a group interview with basic interview questions, she asked about availability and gave us information on how a day could be. they want to make sure you're customer focused, we each went around the table answering the questions. She was very informative, she told us the rate of pay, which is the state minimum wage, she went over the dress code, explained that it is all black shirt with black or khaki pants. She was very professional but down to earth.

How would you deal with an upset customer and how did you turn the situation around?
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
