Burlington Capital interview questions

Standard phone interview followed by two in-person meetings. Second interview is more technical, asking how the three statements are linked etc. No questions designed to throw you off. They are just as concerned if you are a culture fit compared to financial acuity.

The in person interview was very laid back and felt very conversational. Burlington cares a lot about culture in the office and I could tell this from the interview. I was able to ask lots of questions about the company and the position.
