Quick process on initial interview. Very fast turnaround on offer and formal letter of engagement. While this can be good, it is also easy to get caught up in the process without considering all factors before accepting.
Standard phone interview followed by two in-person meetings. Second interview is more technical, asking how the three statements are linked etc. No questions designed to throw you off. They are just as concerned if you are a culture fit compared to financial acuity.
