I didn't have an interview personally I quite literally asked the hiring manager if they needed a closer. If they are desperate they will ask for your name and number and boom you probably got the job just like that.

Very simple just sat down asked a few questions and I was hired. Questions and Answers and explained the job. It was very straightforward no pressures very casual interview. They explained they would train also.
The interview process was easy and it seemed like they were looking for reliable workers to show up that would actually show up when they were supposed to and do their job.

The individual conducting the interview is efficient and thorough. I enjoy this and feel as if this method weeds out potentially volatile employees, making for a good work place environment.
