I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Burger King
Interview
The interview process was a bit stressful and definitely surprising. The first round was behavioral, the second round was a bit analytical/ case study style. The final round was the surprising part. The final round interviews are done in Miami at the headquarters, last an entire day and are split into 2 parts. The first half included a group-wide business game, 3 thirty minute interviews and a tour of the facility. After lunch they cut about half of the group. Those of us who made it to the final round of the final round did so in groups of 5 for about an hour with the CEO, manager or director of global operations, and another person (and I forgot what he did at the company).

Question 1
For the final round of the final round you were asked, out of the group of five who would you hire and who would you fire and why. (You only picked one person for each)
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Burger King (Miami, FL) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screen and three skype interviews. After this, they fly me out for a day onsite, with a group activity, speed rounds, case studies, and then, if you weren't cut, a presentation to the CEO. While they deliberate on who to keep, they take you on a tour of the office. I didn't make it to the presentation portion.
